DESCRIPTION:Half Term February Family Fun\nJoin us for a brilliant half-ter
 m morning of yoga\, woodcraft and seed planting!\nBeat the half-term bored
 om and bring the family to Hands of Hope for a morning packed with hands-o
 n activities\, outdoor fun\, and learning new skills. Children will rotate
  through three exciting stations. Each activity is designed to be engaging
 \, educational\, and enjoyable\nPerfect for getting the kids active\, crea
 tive\, and connected to nature during the February break. And it's complet
 ely free!\nHow it works:\n\n\n 	Children rotate through three activity sta
 tions\n 	Each station lasts approximately 40 minutes\n 	Woodcraft and pott
 ed seeds to take home\n\n🧘‍♀️ Kids yoga a fun yoga session design
 ed just for children. Through playful poses and gentle movements\, they'll
  stretch\, balance\, and have fun while building body awareness and confid
 ence.\nPlease note: During yoga\, we ask parents to either wait outside or
  sit quietly at the back of the room to help children focus and get the mo
 st from the session.\n🪵 Woodcraft with The Shedders Get hands-on  with
  our skilled Shedders team! Children will learn basic woodworking techniqu
 es and create their own wooden item to take home. A brilliant opportunity 
 to try traditional craft skills in a supportive\, safe environment.\n🌱 
 Vegetable Seed Planting Get those green fingers dirty! Children will learn
  how to plant vegetable seeds properly\, understanding what seeds need to 
 grow into healthy plants. They'll practice real gardening skills and disco
 ver the satisfaction of growing food from scratch.\n\n\n 	Three rotating a
 ctivity stations (yoga\, woodcraft\, seed planting)\n 	Expert instruction 
 at each station\n 	All materials and equipment provided\n 	Anything childr
 en create to take home\n 	A morning of fun\, learning\, and fresh air!\n\n
 Important Information\nArrival time: Please arrive 10 minutes before 10am 
 (around 9:50am) to allow time for signing in and orientation.\nWhat to wea
 r: Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear\, as activitie
 s are both indoors and outdoors. Children will need to remove shoes and co
 ats for the yoga session\, so comfortable clothes they can move in are ide
 al.\nParent supervision:\n\n\n 	During yoga: Parents wait outside or sit q
 uietly at the back\n 	During woodcraft and seed planting: Parents must sta
 y with children\n\nSign-in: On arrival\, parents will need to sign in and 
 acknowledge they've read our risk assessment summary (a brief overview of 
 farm safety).\n\nEnd of event: At approximately 12:15pm\, once children ha
 ve completed all three activities. You will be assigned activities in adva
 nce to make sure the morning runs smoothly!\n\nImportant booking informati
 on\nEach child attending must book individually so we can monitor eligibil
 ity and ensure we're fully prepared for everyone on the day. Please only b
 ook for children\, not the grown ups.\n\nWorkshop details\n\nGrow\, Cook\,
  Share\, Care is a Hands of Hope programme engaging vulnerable groups\, th
 ose with complex needs\, families\, especially those living in food povert
 y\, and older people\, in learning\, wellness and social activities aligne
 d to growing\, cooking\, and nature.\n\nSuitable for all. Priority for sp
 aces will be given to people meeting the above criteria.\n\nThere is no ch
 arge for this workshop\, donations are always welcome!\n\nCost: FREE\nAge
