 s will equip you with everything you need to grow your own organic food at
  home\, whatever your starting point or available space. You'll learn prof
 essional horticultural techniques from an experienced gardener\, covering 
 soil preparation and composting\, seed collection and sowing\, container g
 rowing\, pruning\, plant health\, and organic growing methods aligned with
  Soil Association standards. Beyond the practical skills\, you'll discover
  how to significantly reduce your shopping bills by growing fresh\, nutrie
 nt-rich produce in your own garden\, balcony\, or patio. You'll gain the c
 onfidence to troubleshoot common garden problems\, manage pests naturally\
 , and become truly self-sufficient in growing food year-round. This worksh

 lnerable groups\, those with complex needs\, families\, especially those l
 iving in food poverty\, and older people\, in learning\, wellness and soci
 al activities aligned to growing\, cooking\, and nature.\n\nSuitable for a
 ll. Priority for spaces will be given to people meeting the criteria: aged
  over 50\, young carers and young adults with learning disabilities.\n\nTh
 ere is no charge for this workshop\, donations are always welcome!\n\nPlea
 se ensure you arrive ten minutes before the start time to ensure we can ge
 t everyone registered. You will need to do one booking per person please s
