 ing\, wellness and social activities aligned to growing\, cooking\, and na
 ture.\n\nSuitable for all. Priority for spaces will be given to people mee
 ting the criteria: aged over 50\, young carers and young adults with learn
 ing disabilities.\n\nThere is no charge for this workshop\, donations are 
 always welcome!\n\nPlease ensure you arrive ten minutes before the start t
 ime to ensure we can get everyone registered\, and please bring a containe
 r to take your home your goodies.\n\nEach participant must book individual
 ly so we can monitor eligibility and ensure we're fully prepared for every
