 dget-friendly meals\, reduce food waste\, and build confidence in the kitc
 hen. Each workshop focuses on different recipes and techniques\, giving yo
 u variety\, inspiration\, and practical skills you'll use again and again.
 \n\nSmall\, friendly groups with hands-on cooking—perfect for building k
 itchen confidence while connecting with like-minded people!\n\nWhat to exp
 ect\n\nThese workshops are designed to be welcoming\, practical\, and genu
 inely useful. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to expand your
  cooking repertoire\, these sessions will give you new skills\, recipe ide
 as\, and the confidence to cook more at home.\nEach workshop focuses on di
 fferent dishes and techniques—so you can book multiple sessions and lear
 n something new every time! All workshops share our core philosophy: cooki
 ng delicious\, nutritious food affordably while reducing waste and making 
 the most of every ingredient.\n\nWhat you'll experience:\n\n 	Hands-on coo
 king in our professional cookery school\n 	Work individually or in support
 ive pairs\n 	Expert instruction and encouragement throughout\n 	Essential 
 kitchen skills (safety\, hygiene\, equipment use)\n 	Budget-friendly cooki
 ng techniques\n 	Tips for reducing food waste\n 	Ideas for adapting recipe
 s to what you have at home\n 	Recipe cards to take home\n 	Possibly leftov
 ers to take home too!\n\nWorkshop details\n\nGrow\, Cook\, Share\, Care is
  a Hands of Hope programme engaging vulnerable groups\, those with complex
  needs\, families\, especially those living in food poverty\, and older pe
 ople\, in learning\, wellness and social activities aligned to growing\, c
 ooking\, and nature.\n\nSuitable for all. Priority for spaces will be give
 n to people meeting the criteria: aged over 50\, young carers and young ad
 ults with learning disabilities.\n\nThere is no charge for this workshop\,
  donations are always welcome!\n\nPlease ensure you arrive ten minutes bef
 ore the start time to ensure we can get everyone registered\, and please b
 ring a container to take your home your goodies.\n\nEach participant must 
 book individually so we can monitor eligibility and ensure we're fully pre
 pared for everyone attending the workshop.
