First workshops dates now available to book
Grow, Cook, Care, Share uses horticulture, cooking and nature-based activities to combat food poverty, loneliness, and skills deficits, fostering healthier, happier communities. Over the next 12 months we will deliver exciting learning, wellness and social workshops and activities aligned to growing, cooking, and nature.
The first of these workshops are aimed at children this August and are now live on the events page, Foraging for kids – from land to fork, or spoon! and Little hands, growing lands. They are all free, although you can choose to donate if you want, no pressure!
Grow, Cook, Care, Share is a Hands of Hope programme engaging vulnerable groups, those with complex needs, families, especially those living in food poverty, and older people, in learning, wellness and social activities aligned to growing, cooking, and nature. Priority for spaces will be given to people meeting the above criteria.
More updates to come as we add lots of events throughout the year, and don’t forget to check out the other workshops too.
