Head of Horticulture & Estate Management – Hope Farm Initiative

Brief Description

An exciting opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of Hope Farm Community Garden.

Hands of Hope is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and commercially minded horticultural professional to lead the management and development of our beautiful 22-acre organic community garden and heritage estate in Hawkhurst, Kent.

This is one of our most important appointments as we enter an ambitious new phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our productive heritage kitchen gardens, overseeing the wider estate, leading apprentices and volunteers, and creating sustainable income opportunities through organic produce, nursery plants, cut flowers and horticultural experiences.

Working alongside our community, education and commercial teams, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Hope Farm into a thriving, financially sustainable community destination, where horticultural excellence, environmental stewardship and social impact go hand in hand.

If you are passionate about horticulture, enjoy developing people and have the ambition to make a lasting difference, we would love to hear from you.
