Hands of Hope is looking for an enthusiastic Horticulture & Estates Apprentice (Level 5) to join the team at Hope Farm Community Garden. Reporting directly to the Head of Horticulture and Estates, you will work across our 22-acre site and support activities with communities, schools and volunteers. You will gain hands-on experience in growing, sustainable horticulture, propagation, seasonal food production and the care of our gardens and natural spaces. This is an exciting opportunity for someone keen to build a career in horticulture, learn from an experienced team and contribute to a project connecting people with local food, growing traditions, nature and community.
