Broad beans and fennel cookery workshop
Summer days mean we often want something lighter on our plates, but salads can often be seen as a bit ‘samey’ or boring. Today’s recipe throws boring out of the window! Join us in the Victorian Walled Garden for a morning of harvesting and creating a dish that is cool as a cucumber (though the chilli adds a lovely kick!).
On the menu:

This salad is fantastic on its own or as a standout side dish. Plus, it’s the ultimate “prep-ahead” meal—it lasts a good 5 days in the fridge, so your future self will definitely thank you! Enjoy a bowl on-site while soaking in the views, and we’ll provide containers for you to take the rest home.
